About TOMCARE
The TOMCARE Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2024. The idea came from seeing, first-hand, the challenges immigrants face in Canada: missing information, poor living conditions, isolation and depression, and language barriers.
“Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.”

In their words
“TOMCARE helped me find a job within two months of arriving in Canada. As a single mother, I thought it would be impossible. Today I have stable work and my family is thriving.”
Amina M.
Newcomer and mother of two
“I struggled to access services because of my disability. TOMCARE helped me with housing, job training and — most importantly — hope. I'm now independent and giving back to my community.”
“The social activities changed everything for me. I came to Montréal knowing no one; now I have friends, a French class and a volunteer role of my own.”
